Standard Delivery Time
• Klang Valley Area: 4-8 working days.
• Outstation Area: 4-14 working days.
• Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Our delivery policy includes notifying you one day before the scheduled delivery, allowing you to track your order easily.
• Please note that our order processing may affect shipping costs, but we also offer free delivery services on selected items.
Free Delivery Services
• Our delivery policy includes complimentary delivery services within West Malaysia.
• Enjoy free delivery to your doorstep with no added shipping costs.
• Delivery to Local Area: within 4 - 8 working days.
• Delivery to Outstation Area: within 4-14 working days.
• Please note, we do not offer delivery to East Malaysia, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, Langkawi Island, Pangkor Island, Tioman Island, and other small islands. For tracking your order, please refer to our online system after order processing.

• Our order processing operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, ensuring a quick turnaround for your purchases.
• Please note that orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next working day as part of our delivery policy.
